FELT WHEELS Are used for final polishing, de-burring, honing & to give the razor edge. Simply charge wheel while running with compound. (We recommend strop compound 586001). Quality natural hard 100% New Zealand wool felt is used, so compound stays on longer. Unlike soft muslin & cotton wheels, 100% natural wool hard felt will not round edges and lasts for years. V-edge wheel used for de-burring, honing & polishing of V tools & narrow gouges. We offer optional mounting arbors to adapt wheels to motors & drills. Maximum safe speed for felt wheels: 3,450 RPM. The hole is 5/8" with a 1/2" sleeve insert (fits any standard 5/8" or 1/2" shaft.
