MICRO-PRO CONTROLLER BOARD (ONLY). Did a lightening strike, power surge or some other issue damage your control box? Does your unit have any of these following symptoms? Runs but has lost speed control, lost all power, one of the switches does not work. If so replacing this board should resolve the issue. It is easy to install this part yourself in 5-minutes or less. The board is accessed by removing the 5-screws on the base of the control box. Then gently remove the cover. Next locate the three snap on wire connections and make of note the original location marked on the board (i.e. "VR", "LED" etc.). Replace the old board with the new board. Reconnect the three snap on wire connections to locations with the same location marking on board (i.e. "VR", "LED" etc.). Recent boards may look slightly different but connections are the same. Replacement original equipment control board only for Mastercarver brand Champion Control boxes with (blue control box) sold after Sept 2011. Installation instructions are included.
