FLEXCUT MALLET TOOLS Flexcut mallet tools are handcrafted with care. Each edge is meticulously sharpened to a razor sharp edge. Although they lack forged blades and the flange found on better traditional carving tools, these tools may be pounded with a mallet or hand driven. The decreased force necessary to drive the thin Flexcut blade through wood gains what is lost in durability compared to traditional forged tools. Handles are made from Ash wood. Flexcut claims steel hardness is RC58. Overall length 10" USA.
